Escaping The Box into The Unknown

We are taught that we have to stay inside the box to make a living, to survive. How would the old paradigm run if everyone broke out of his or her boxes? Near Death and Needles

The soothing soft rays of light welcome and caress me. I float up a shaft of light and an iridescent opalescent archway appears before me. The light emanating from the other side of the arch is deliciously inviting. A joyful celebration as the beings of light gathers to greet me. How I became one of the 1st female white-water river guides

River talk, expressions I’ve never heard, places I can’t imagine fill the air. An entire language system describes the hydraulics of ebb and flow of the river that I’m unfamiliar with. Every rapid and sandy beach has a name. Every boulder etched into memory. Words swirl around me, fueling flames of anticipation and fascination.

Are You Plagued with Low Self-Worth?

Worthlessness is the feeling of being small, powerless and a victim. You may think you have an internal flaw. Something is wrong with you that you hide so no one will know or find out about. Shrinking or inner collapsing with feelings that you’re not good enough, that you don’t deserve, or that it’s your fate in life to just get by. All these are neural programs passed down for millennia.

Where the River Meets Icebergs and Grizzly Bears

Out of the blue, a massive grizzly pulls up to shore. Grizzly bears move at a speed of twenty-seven to thirty-five miles an hour. Panic sets in. There is no way in hell I can out-row a grizz. The guys dig for the guns, Peggy grabs the dogs and I row for dear life. Interwoven sandbars catch the boat. The grizz stands up on his hind feet, raises his paws up to the sky exposing a nine-foot frame and lets out a husky roar that reverberates throughout the wilderness.

Being Human Sucks

There’s a certain freedom that comes from knowing that everybody’s messed up, everybody’s playing the part of the competent adult, but underneath nobody has their shit together. If they think they do, they’re lying, it’s just their ego.

So be free, enjoy your life. Don’t buy into all the crap that’s programmed in your mind telling you what you’re supposed to do, how you’re to behave, and that you are worthless.

The crossroads of humanity — insanity or brilliance?

What if our brains are entwined with bits of toxins that block pathways of our brilliance? What if unworthiness and self-hatred are actually like big chunks of plastic interfering with how our brains and bodies function? Just like plastic, these big globs don’t dissolve on their own. The debris leads to sickness, lack of self-worth, and feeling like a piece of shit.
