You feel excited and inspired, and then, along comes the inner critic—a shadow figure, hanging over your left shoulder, judging everything you create. Screaming in your ear that your work is crappy, it’s not good enough, and it doesn't look like other people's. The inner critic is not the truth; it’s a lie, hiding in your neurology, devised to keep you small.
Brain Wiring
We are operating in a complex world with limited brain function and looping thoughts of not being good enough, feeling inferior, while being programmed to conform to outer authority.
